Deadpool Mushrooms are collector Discosoma recognized for their red base coloration and contrasting purple splatter pattern. They resemble Candy Crush Mushrooms, but Deadpools typically have a truer red base rather than reddish-orange coloration. Pattern coverage and color intensity vary among individual specimens.
Place this mushroom in a lower-flow area with room to expand. Begin under lower lighting and gradually acclimate it to your aquarium’s conditions. Avoid placing the fleshy disc against sharp rockwork or in strong direct flow.
