Lucky Corals offers a continually changing selection of live corals, including torch corals, hammer corals, mushroom corals, goniopora, zoanthids, acanthophyllia, brain corals, and many other LPS and soft coral varieties.
Many of our corals are sold as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) specimens, so the coral pictured is the coral you will receive. When a product includes multiple selectable corals, each available specimen is individually photographed whenever possible.

72 Hours of Protection — Carrier Delays Are Covered
Every coral shipped by Lucky Corals is backed by our 3-Day (72-Hour) Live Coral Guarantee. Your protection does not end simply because the coral was alive when the package reached your door.
We guarantee that your coral will arrive alive and remain alive for 72 hours after delivery, subject to the requirements of our guarantee.
Carrier delays do not void your guarantee. If FedEx or another carrier delays your shipment because of weather, routing, mechanical problems, missed connections, or other carrier-related issues, your corals remain covered.
The full 72-hour coverage period begins when the carrier records the package as successfully delivered — not when the package was originally scheduled to arrive. This means a carrier delay does not shorten your protection.
To qualify, the shipment must be successfully delivered on the carrier's first delivery attempt, and the package should be brought indoors promptly after delivery.

We want every customer to be happy with their Lucky Corals order. If you have a question about a coral before purchasing, need help after delivery, or are concerned about how a coral is responding after shipment, please contact us.
Because live corals can react differently to shipping and acclimation, we are also happy to help determine whether a coral is experiencing normal shipping stress or whether there may be a problem.
Return Policy
Because corals are live animals, we do not accept traditional returns of live coral. Corals that arrive dead or do not survive during the covered period are handled under our 3-Day Live Coral Guarantee.
Approved guarantee claims receive store credit for the purchase price of the affected coral. Please review the full guarantee for delivery requirements, claim requirements, and exclusions.
