Large Gold Hammer Corals provide immediate movement and color and can serve as prominent display pieces in established reef aquariums. Review the selected variant’s photograph and title for its approximate size and growth form.

Maintain stable calcium, alkalinity and magnesium levels to support skeletal growth. Avoid strong, direct flow that continually pushes the coral’s fleshy polyps against its skeleton. Allow adequate space between the hammer and unrelated corals because extended sweeper tentacles may sting nearby specimens.
