Rainbow Ring Acanthophyllia features contrasting red and blue coloration arranged around a vivid multicolor mouth area. The center displays rings and transitions of red, yellow, green and blue, creating a concentrated rainbow pattern within its large, fleshy polyp.

Place the coral on the sand bed where its tissue can fully expand without rubbing against rockwork. Avoid intense lighting and strong, direct water flow. Weekly feeding after dark of meaty or pellect food promotes good health.
